After many years as a successful agent, Janice Tildsley formed Janice Tildsley Associates in July 2003. Kathryn Kirton joined Janice Tildsley Associates as an agent in 2004, after working at Sadie Feast Management and previously alongside Janice at Billy Marsh Associates and Qdos Entertainment.
